Q: "If I have a budget what steps will you take to get me the best deal?"

A: We will always work within your budget. During every step of the renovation, we will be in communication with you . We will let you know if any problems arise and our team will help you figure out the best plan for your budget. We are just a phone call away for any question you may think of.

Q: "What if I had another contractor who screwed up a job? What steps would you take to rectify their mistakes?

A: Unfortunately this happens in this industry. At Johnsons Renovation we take our customers jobs very seriously. We will come out and compare the work that was done to the requested scope of work for the project. We will make a list of what materials are needed, and work out an estimate for you.
